Experience

I spent twelve years developing engaging and informative learning content for clients in finance and insurance, STEM, manufacturing, and academia. I have collaborated with individuals in a variety of roles, from sales and marketing to business operations, engineering, and IT. I like knowing that I’m helping others get better at what they do and so that they can achieve their goals.

I’m a big-picture, systems thinker. I see things from the 10,000-foot view. Former co-workers have told me that I have a unique ability to understand systems and their components and to identify how changes to one part of the system might affect other parts.

I have worked in ADDIE, SAM, and AGILE development environments and am comfortable in all of them.

I am proficient in Articulate Storyline and Rise, Audacity, Camtasia, and SnagIt.
